Our organic aged balsamic vinegars are highly prized amongst connoisseurs for their unparalleled flavour, bestowed by manual production and extensive barrel ageing. This 6-year-old white balsamic is aged in oak barrels and is gorgeously presented in a gift box.

It is produced using Organic white grape must concentrate, mixed with organic white wine vinegar and all aged in Oak barrels. It has a typical gold colour which does not alter the colour of dishes. It adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent instead of wine vinegar). Especially recommended on fish and seafood (tempura, marinades, tartar, sushi, smoked salmon, scallops, oysters, prawns...).
